Our business model is built to capitalize on current market conditions by acquiring undervalued and distressed hospitality assets at deep discounts to replacement cost; often as little as 20 cents on the dollar.
These assets present the potential for a significant upside to be achieved through strategic renovation, targeted marketing, and laser focused operational efficiency. Often an oversized hotel is converted into a multi-use building with a smaller albeit profitable hotel, market rent apartments, retail, senior housing and/or timeshare. The result is an improved asset with higher revenue, greater profits, and increased asset value.
This formula has proven successful for 160 flagged and independent hotel properties valued at over $3.0 billion.
